User Agreement

This Agreement governs registration, login, and use of the EXMO platform. By registering or using EXMO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the following terms.

Article 1. General Provisions

Welcome to EXMO. This User Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the Platform regarding registration, login, and use of EXMO services.

Please read this Agreement carefully, especially the provisions related to disclaimers, user obligations, and dispute resolution. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of all terms.

Article 2. User Registration and Account Management

Users must complete registration and provide true, accurate, and complete personal information before using the Platform.

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and are liable for all activities conducted through their accounts.

Users may not register with false identities, maliciously create multiple accounts, or transfer, lend, or sell their accounts.

If any security issue is detected, users must notify the Platform immediately.

Article 3. User Code of Conduct

Users may not use the Platform for any activity that violates laws, regulations, public order, or the legitimate rights and interests of others.

It is prohibited to publish or generate content involving discrimination, violence, pornography, threats, false information, or intellectual property infringement.

Users are fully responsible for the content they publish, generate, or edit, and the Platform may delete, block, or restrict violating content.

Article 4. Platform Rights and Obligations

The Platform is committed to maintaining secure and stable operations and continuously improving the user experience.

EXMO reserves the right to adjust service content, modules, or interface styles as needed for operations.

If a user violates this Agreement, the Platform may suspend or terminate some or all access rights.

The Platform respects and protects users’ legitimate rights and will not disclose private information without authorization.

Article 5. Content Generation and Use

Users may use EXMO’s content generation tools, but generated content is for reference only and does not constitute legal or professional advice.

Generated output may be based on user inputs and preferences. The Platform does not guarantee its accuracy or applicability.

Users may disseminate generated content only in lawful and appropriate ways.

Article 6. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services such as WeChat login, Apple ID, Google ID, or analysis services. Users must also comply with those third parties’ own terms and policies.

Disputes or losses arising from the use of third-party services must be resolved between the user and the relevant third party.

If third-party services change, terminate, or affect platform functions, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify users and provide alternatives where possible.

Article 7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, software, interface designs, and database structures on the Platform are protected by law and belong to EXMO or the relevant rights holders.

Without authorization, users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell, or use such content for commercial purposes.

Users must ensure the legality of generated content involving third-party copyrights, trademarks, or personal information.

Article 8. Disclaimer of Liability

Content generated by the Platform is based on algorithms and user input and is provided for reference only. EXMO makes no guarantee regarding its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Platform is not liable for interruptions or losses caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, such as device failures, network interruptions, or third-party service failures.

Uploaded files, images, and other attachments are processed only for the current usage scenario. Users must avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information and are responsible for the legality of uploaded content.

Article 9. Changes and Termination

The Platform may update this Agreement as necessary. The revised version will be published on the Platform and take effect upon publication.

If users do not accept the revised Agreement, they should stop using the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Users may terminate use and request account deletion at any time. The Platform may suspend or terminate services when violations are detected.

Article 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court of competent jurisdiction where the Platform operator is located.

Article 11. Contact and Feedback

Users may submit questions, complaints, or suggestions through the Platform’s official communication channels.

Article 12. Membership and Paid Services

The Platform may provide membership features and paid services. Membership levels, prices, durations, and feature scopes will be displayed clearly before purchase.

Membership services are generally non-refundable after activation, except where service interruption or non-delivery is caused by the Platform.

Renewal rules will be notified in advance. Users can choose whether to enable automatic renewal.

Article 13. Disclaimer for AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

Generated content does not represent the Platform’s stance and should not be treated as endorsement.

Users are solely responsible for assessing legality, applicability, and consequences before publishing or using generated content externally.

Article 14. Special Provisions for Underage Users

Users under the age of 14 must use the Platform under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

The Platform may restrict access, feature usage, and content display for underage users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If a user is found to have misrepresented their age, the Platform may suspend services or delete the account.

Article 15. Account Deletion and Data Erasure

Users may request account deletion through the designated function at any time.

After receiving a deletion request, the Platform will delete or anonymize related user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Some data may still be retained where required for legal, audit, security, or anonymized algorithm evolution purposes.

Article 16. Dissemination Content Review Mechanism

User-generated dissemination content may be automatically analyzed by the Platform to ensure compliance.

The Platform uses keyword libraries and risk-filtering mechanisms to intercept or restrict sensitive, illegal, or false information.

Users may appeal moderation results through designated channels, and the Platform will respond within a reasonable time.

Article 17. Accessibility and Interpretation

The latest version of this Agreement will remain publicly available on the EXMO official website and within the application.

In the event of ambiguity, the officially published version shall prevail.

EXMO reserves the right to interpret, amend, and enforce this Agreement.

Article 18. Use of User Data for Model Training

Non-personal and de-identified data generated through task creation, content generation, or semantic analysis may be used for internal algorithm optimization and AI model training.

Users may opt in or out of model-training data usage through Settings > Privacy Settings at any time.

The Platform will not share or commercialize training data without user consent.

Article 19. Algorithmic Recommendations and Fairness Policy

Recommendation mechanisms are built from user behavior data such as task tags, dissemination preferences, and semantic analysis results. Sensitive attributes such as race, gender, religion, or political stance are not used.

Recommendation logic is not the sole basis for determining user level, visibility, or dissemination weight. Users may influence recommendations by adjusting their preferences.

Users who have questions about recommendations may review their dissemination tags and behavior summaries in the Communication Gene module or contact EXMO through feedback channels.

Appendix. Definition of Terms

User Center: the dashboard for managing account information, preferences, membership status, linked accounts, and privacy permissions.

Dissemination Preferences: user-defined settings for tone, target, platform, and style within dissemination tasks.

Dissemination Gene: a behavioral evolution model generated from user activity to personalize content generation and semantic analysis.

Dissemination Knowledge Base: the semantic resource layer that supports later task generation through user-generated content, feedback data, and tag distribution.

Task Center, Dissemination Task, EXMO Generator, Semantic Analysis Module, Attachment Upload, Feedback Collection, Task Binding Status, and Data Anonymization all refer to the core operational concepts used throughout EXMO.
